Return Policy
CosmicoSpace will accept, for return or exchange, items that were purchased off our website within 60 days of the purchase under the following conditions:

There is no visible signs of damage

All original packaging is intact

Any sign of damage will compromise the CosmicoSpace guarantee
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 60 days of purchase.
Please note: All multi-buy promotional bundles (e.g., Buy 2 / Buy 3 / Buy 4 offers) are considered final sale due to the discounted pricing. These orders are not eligible for return-for-refund for change-of-mind reasons. Exchanges for the same item or warranty replacements for faulty items remain available. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Multi-buy promotional bundle orders are eligible for exchange only (same product model), not refund, unless an item is defective on arrival.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note, any items that are not collected from your local postal office after several delivery attempts may be returned to sender. In this case, you will be refunded, minus a restocking fee.
(Multi-buy bundle orders returned to sender remain final sale and will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.)
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2–5 business days. Please keep in mind that some delays might occur and could take longer for your refund to show up in your account.
Refunds are not available for multi-buy promotional bundles unless items are faulty on arrival.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our team at support@cosmicospace.com and we will work quickly to resolve your issue.
If you do not report this issue to us within the first 72-hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim. We utilise timestamps from tracking and delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests.

Replacement Packages (if applicable)
We can only accept replacements for orders that are damaged/faulty or orders that are missing accessories. If your replacement package is approved, we will process your package within 1–5 days and your shipping times will be as follows:
